Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns for eligible items under the following guidelines.
1. Return Timeframe To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be postmarked and shipped back to us within 7 days of the original delivery date.
2. Eligibility & Conditions For a return to be accepted, items must meet the following criteria:

They must be in their original, new, and unused condition.

They must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.

Proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation or packing slip, is required.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer service team at support@eksutraonline.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your original order number and the reason for the return in your email.

Once you receive your RA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the return package.

Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refunds & Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email.

If your return is approved, a full refund or store credit will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

Original shipping and handling fees from your purchase are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
